Breakthrough Surgery for Tumor Victim
A young man in southern China has a huge growth removed from his face. 31-year-old Huang Chuncai suffers from the world's most extreme recorded case of neurofibroma. As Huang's tumor grew, he lost his sight in his left hand eye. Eventually, the tumor became so big that it damaged his hearing and made speaking very difficult.

New Technique for the Brain-Damaged
A promising new medical procedure may give new hope to people who have suffered severe brain trauma. In the procedure, called Deep Brain Stimulation, doctors implant a pacemaker attached to electrodes that stimulate targeted areas deep in the brain.
